Sergio’s has been the focal point of the Great Titchfield Street, Langham Street and Foley Street
crossroads for more than two decades now, it's hard to remember a time when Sergio’s wasn't at the centre of the Titchfield Village buzz.
Planning events to celebrate the queens Diamond Jubilee I wondered what it would be like to visit the area 50 or 60 years ago! So I started to do a little digging.....
Recent history is all around you here, restaurant walls lined with images of stars and famous faces from years gone by, up to the latest pop, movie or TV stars of today, but considering we are only a stone’s throw from the bustle of Oxford circus, Soho and Regent Street this place must be soaked in History.
It did not take long to uncover that Downstairs@Sergios actually had more than a little history of its very own.
